Apply now for commercial concessions on our reserves

If you are looking to run a business on one of our parks and reserves, now is the time to get in touch with TCDC.

They are currently taking expressions of interest from people and businesses wanting to operate a concession on a public reserve.

Commercial concessions give you the right to exclusive use of part of one of our parks or reserves.

Businesses with concessions usually operate from mobile premises such as a coffee cart or a trailer-based bike or surfboard-hire shop.

Current concessions are due to expire, so it's time to send in an expression of interest if you want to keep operating your business in this way, or you want to start doing so.

To apply, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or phone 07 868 0200 and ask for an expression of interest form.

Concessions will be issued for two years, with an annual review. The fee will also be reviewed annually,

More information is available from all TCDC offices.

Expressions of interest will close at 4.00pm on Thursday 29 March 2018.
