Personal Assistant to the Principal
Mercury Bay Area School is seeking to appoint a
Personal Assistant to the Principal.
The person we seek to appoint will be of high integrity and must be able to:
• Work well under pressure and be able to juggle priorities at short notice.
• Be highly computer literate with up-to-date knowledge and experience in
web, Google suite, social media, Microsoft Office and database programmes.
• Handle enquiries from staff, students and parents/guardians tactfully
and promptly.
• Plan and use initiative to improve our school systems.
Experience in working in the education sector and human
resources/ management will be of significant advantage.
This is a key position within our school’s administration team requiring
enthusiasm, dedication and commitment to the further development
of our school and will commence as soon as possible.
