Hooray! The Whiti Beach Meet 2023 this Sunday! Easter Sunday, 9 April 2023 9:00am to 3:00pm, Buffalo Beach Reserve Whitianga
Buffalo Beach Reserve, Whitianga, will be full of cars, trucks, bikes and retro caravans this Sunday. The Beach Meet 2023 is finally ready to rock and roll. Reg Smith, leader of the organising committee says, “It doesn’t matter what you’re driving, there are no restrictions on year model, make or type of vehicle. If you know anyone that might like to enter their toy, we encourage you to invite them along.” Reg Smith says, “We want owners to enter anything that could be of interest to the motoring world and that includes motorbikes. We even have a number of military vehicles confirmed to be on show and Farmer Auto Village will also have a range of new vehicles on display from their extensive automotive portfolio which means the public can rub shoulders with the past as well as the future. Proceeds from the show will go to two worthy local causes, Project Mammogram and the Mercury Bay Cancer Support Trust. Don’t forget the best prize is to win the ride in the Pink Cadillac to Luke’s Kitchen, Kūaotunu, for a sumptuous lunch and return to Buffalo Beach.
