It’s the Catwalk on Friday, 12 May.

“Walk into Winter “fashion show doors open at 6.00pm for a great show commencing at 7.00pm on Friday, 12 May at Whitianga Town Hall.

This is another wonderful fundraising event by the Mercury Bay Lions ladies with all proceeds going to Project Mammogram and other Community Projects. Models representing Annah Stretton, Mainly Casual, Stilo and Style Makers will be walking the catwalk, showcasing their range of the latest in winter clothing and fashion accessories.

The Town Hall will be beautifully decorated in fairy lights and black accents. Great focus has been put into the ambience and lighting. The runway will run off the stage and out into the hall. The seating plan will be arranged so it surrounds the runway, and every seat will be able to see the models stride down the runway and enjoy the look.

Whether you purchase a VIP, Premium or GA ticket, arrive early to choose your own seat in the area of your ticket. You will be given a glass of bubbles or juice on entry and the bar will be open during the intermissions.

During each of the three intermissions, a range of hot and cold finger foods will be served with delicious, sweet treats offered during the last intermission.

Several exciting raffles will be on sale, being drawn during the evening. You could think of this as another way of contributing to and supporting your community. We wish you the best of luck.
