Beat Fairy Productions are proud to present two brilliant comedians, Paul Douglas and David Correos at the Monkey House Lounge and Cabaret on Thursday, March 16 and Friday, March 17, bringing double the humour, and double the nights.

Paul Douglas is one of the busiest live comics in the country, winning ‘Best Live Show’ and ‘Best Gag’ at the 2019 NZ Comedy Guild Awards. Dai Henwood said that "there are many ways to enjoy pleasure and laughter as a human being; one of the easiest is watching Paul Douglas". If you haven’t already caught him on ‘7 Days’, ‘The Project’ or the ‘TVNZ Best Foods Comedy Gala,’ then this is your chance to catch Paul Douglas live, right here in Whitianga. He has played the venue before to huge success with his pal, Paul Ego, so we are super excited to have him bring more great new material to us. Paul is one of those comedians who is so natural on-stage, like he was born for it.

David Correos is unable to be defined, but we will try! He is madcap, surreal and his style of comedy can be described as a big ball of manic energy that even his body can't keep up with. A star of TV’s Taskmaster and a huge comedic talent.

On the Friday, because it is St Paddy's Day, Pete Rockin X Realtor is going to continue the fun after the comedy show, with Irish bangers from The Pogues, Dropkick Murphy's, Flogging Molly and more.
