Whiti Beach Meet rescheduled Sunday 29 January

The organizers of the Whiti Beach Meet have everything crossed hoping the roads are open and the weather plays its part on Sunday.
This local premier event sponsored by local business’s Farmer Auto village and CFM, is going to be even bigger, and better, than before as more exciting new entries come in, both modern and classic. This great annual event begins at 9.30am.
Free Admission to the show, on Buffalo Beach Reserve.
Take the time to visit the Buffalo Beach Reserve on Sunday and stroll around the almost 200 vehicles on display, everything from a Morris Minor and motor bikes to a half-track military vehicle.
Pictured are some examples of the variety of vehicles on display. Anything from the car your parents once owned to the caravan you spent your summer holidays in creating memories never forgotten.

Get a voting slip from the event caravan on site and have your say by voting for the premier prize, people’s choice.
All surplus proceeds will be going to two local, very deserving causes - Project Mammogram and the Mercury Bay Cancer Support Trust.
Bring some cash to buy a raffle ticket for a variety of awesome prizes, or purchase some art work and take part in the auction of a rendition of the pink Cadillac by locally acclaimed artist, Julie Smith (Jools) and car cleaning kit from Mothers products.
Also some lucky person will win the ride including lunch out to Luke’s Kitchen in Doug and Denise Campbell’s beautiful pink Cadillac.
There will be food and refreshments available via local vendors and Grace O’Malley’s, so come along even if it’s just to enjoy the local musicians and watch the Rock N Roll dancers. It’s going to be a fun day for the whole family.
